We’re a friendly bunch and we’re scattered all over the place. But we all work to a common goal – to create great work that gets results. It works for us and has done for 8 years.
Chicken/egg is an agency with a difference – we believe that you don’t need to be confined to one office to create great work. So we’ve shunned the traditional agency set-up and instead operate as a ‘virtual’ company – we deliver the same level of service but can be based anywhere from Bucks to Brighton to Birmingham and everywhere in between.
Karen handpicks the right people from her impressive network of contacts and brings together bespoke project teams dependent on the clients needs. You’re always dealing with senior people with great agency experience and even though we’re 8 years old we’re still as hungry and fresh as when we started!
Covering a multitude of sectors and disciplines – from IT to Retail and from B2B to consumer promotions – we have delivered successful campaigns for many blue-chip and small businesses including traditional design and print to full e-commerce sites, PR and social media strategies right through to events, exhibitions and even the odd celebrity launch party!

Karen is a creative marketer with an eye for design and passion for new technology. She is a well connected professional and even from her dilapidated cottage in the Chiltern Hills juggling family life and running a business she’s got her finger on the pulse although she openly admits that she spends too much time on her iPad.
Andy has the vision and passion to go beyond the brief. With a huge range of experience across many disciplines he looks at the bigger picture and makes sure it’s the right one. Equally at home designing on or off-line, he brings consistency and a fresh eye whilst making sure the right message is being sent to the right people.
Faith is a woman who could write a Press Release in her sleep. Her career has taken her from magazine editor to the glitterati of LA as a showbiz reporter back to agency world and being a core player within chicken/egg. Just don’t get her started on PC’s vs Mac’s, it could get ugly – buy this lady some shoes to distract her!
